Pricing

$4.50/ lb hanging weight plus processing fee. 

Breakdown

A deposit is due at the time of your order to secure your beef and then the remaining due for the beef will be due at harvest time- $4.50/ lb less your deposit. Custom processing fee due at pick up. 

 

1/4 Beef

Hanging weights average around 175 lbs for a quarter beef. This could be more or less depending on the final weight. 

Beef estimate: 175 lbs @ 4.50/ lb= $787.50. $200 deposit due at the time of order and then the remaining due will be calculated at harvest. The deposit will be applied to your remaining due. 

Processing estimate: the processing fee is determined by the hanging weight and any additional services you may add to your cut order. You can expect processing to be around $175 for a quarter. 

Take home meat: this is the amount of beef you can expect to put in your freezer. A quarter will yield approximately 125 lbs of ready to eat beef! 


1/2 Beef

Hanging weights average around 350 lbs for a half beef. This could be more or less depending on the final weight. 

Beef estimate: 350 lbs @ 4.50/ lb= $1,575. $400 deposit due at the time of order and then the remaining due will be calculated at harvest. The deposit will be applied to your remaining due. 

Processing estimate: the processing fee is determined by the hanging weight and any additional services you may add to your cut order. You can expect processing to be around $350 for a half. 

Take home meat: this is the amount of beef you can expect to put in your freezer. A half will yield approximately 225 lbs of ready to eat beef! 


Whole Beef

Hanging weights average around 700 lbs for a whole beef. This could be more or less depending on the final weight. 

Beef estimate: 700 lbs @ 4.50/ lb= $3,150. $600 deposit due at the time of order and then the remaining due will be calculated at harvest. The deposit will be applied to your remaining due. 

Processing estimate: the processing fee is determined by the hanging weight and any additional services you may add to your cut order. You can expect processing to be around $700 for a whole beef

Take home meat: this is the amount of beef you can expect to put in your freezer. A whole beef will yield approximately 420 lbs of ready to eat beef!
