Osso Buco (Beef Shank)

Beef shanks are lean, flavorful, and tender meat surrounding healthy marrow bones. Used to make the classic Osso Buco dish. Best when slow cooked and braised. Marrow bones can be used to make nourishing beef broth packed with collagen. 

Shanks come two per package weighing 2 + pounds.
