This popular cut is best when slow cooked or smoked on the BBQ. A customer favorite, brisket is well marbled and tender. 

Brisket flats and points are approx. 4.5 pounds each. 

** Brisket flats tend to be a bit more lean while the points have more fat coverage. You can choose which brisket is best for you!
