This extra large sirloin steak is tender, flavorful, and juicy. Sirloins are a great option for a more lean but flavorful steak. Steaks are big enough to easily serve 2. 

Medium steaks weigh 1.5 + pounds each. 

Large steaks weigh 2 + pounds each.
